Hello , can some one tell me how can i open service portal on mobile app - i have recently activated it by the help of someone here through browser , but when i put the innstance in mobile app i am getting an error . "failed to validate the mobile plugin "

i was able to do that , to go through the app then click service portal .
my question was if it will be redirect automatically , withought clicking . open the app it will directly open service portal page .

no you cant do that using classic app, I sugest you to use new "agent" app you can use servicenow agent application to use much user friendly UI. but you need some dev work to build the content to show your approvals.
