Mobile asset assigned to user not visible in the service portal in servicenow for certain users

Hi All,

 

We see that few country users are not able to view the computer assets assigned to them but not the mobile assets that are assigned to them on service portal.

How to fix the issue?

Can you check the filter query in the widget for the Mobile tab? it might be helpful.
To do that: click command (ctrl) plus right mouse button on the tab and inspect the configurations of the widget.

Oooor you can also check user criteria for the category and ACLs for the mobile table.

Yes checked the widget, we modified the client script and now its working fine.
