Mobile Devices class with the intune integration got moved to the Handheld Computing are missing

Hi Connection,

We have a issue elaborated below...

The issue is that we kept a lot of data and used fields in the Mobile Devices class in SNOW, with the intune integration these devices got moved to the Handheld Computing class without all the fields we filled out in the mobile devices class like purchase dates of mobile devices, warranty dates, prices, .. and we also uploaded the invoice to the CMDB item under mobile devices.

Now we don’t have that information anymore for the devices that aren’t present in mobile devices anymore but only in the handheld computing devices class. Those fields weren’t migrated to that new class therefore we miss crucial information and attachments. Users signed documents when they received devices of changed devices and those documents, we’ve uploaded to that Mobile Device CMDB item

My understand to test the above issue : - 

1)identify which mobile devices are moving/moved to handheld computing table
2)confirm an attachment file name from user and search those on sys attachment table
3)identify those attachment need to attach to which record from handheld computing table

question is how to identify point 1 2 and 3 or do I have second option. Let me know how to resolve this issue.

have you ever found out the solution?

The customer wants to add a "warranty" field for their computers. They’ve also requested a file or list explaining the RTE Entity Mappings in their instance, as the current setup is quite confusing regarding where we need to add these field mappings.
