ServiceNow Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for Customer Service Management

Hello,

 

I am trying to integrate CTI on PDI via Twilio.

All the setup works fine, agent is available but i have used OOB Call Center Workflow which fails at "Forward to Notify" activity.

If anyone has faced similar issue and resolved it, would like to know more around it.
