Modify "No Agents Availaible message" in Finnish language

Hello Everyone,

I want to modify "There are no agents available for your selection at the moment. Please try again later or choose a different option." message in finnish language.

I tried modifying in sys_ui_message table but still i am getting older message in finnish.

Hi @rmishra4395 ,

To implement the localization for specific topic you need to edit that particular topic in 'Virtual agent designer' module for OOB messages to be translated.

In this case, it looks like an OOB message to show.

You need to open the topic block 'Agent availability' (or if not then 'Transfer to live agent') in 'Virtual agent designer'. Then under 'Languages' tab, click on respective 'Edit' link under 'Topic translations' column for 'Finnish' language listed over there (ensure, 'I18N: Finnish Translations' internationalization plugin is activated in the platform).

After that the list of all the messages that can be translated will be visible to you and you can edit the translation by clicking on respective 'Lock' icon to unlock it first and lock again after putting the translation message you want. Then finally click on 'Publish translations' button on the top right of the page.

For custom messages that you are using any scripts in VA then it will be picked up from 'sys_ui_message' table.

But Agent Availaibility topic block and transfer to live agent topic is readonly. I am not able to modify that message in finnish

So you can't open that by navigating to All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer, open the published topic, and then click the 'Languages' tab.

I think this should be allowed since you are not editing the topic but the modifying the language translation, can you share the SS please.
