modify record on related list table

If a RITM is assigned to a user and Approve = Rejected, Is there a way for that user to update records in a related list only if this is true?

user should be able to create, read, write, delete records here in this related list

Hi,

Related list are different table records associated with the form/table it is made available on and works independently. You can and should be able to allow create, read, write, delete action but ideal will be ot allow it only for active records. Any use, in particular you want to make it work for?
