Hi,
I want to modify OOTB ui action - Create Standard Change, table: Problem, where I have to copy field values of service, service offering, CI, short description from "Problem" to new "Change"(change_request) .
After clicking on standard change template(std_change_record_producer.list), and selecting any template item, metioned fields values must copied to newly created Change(change_request).
I tried to modify script include - StdChangeUtilsSNC, but it didn't worked.
Any suggestions/help how to configure it ?
