Looking for where to make a change to the tab (circled in red) to make it the same as the form header

Then I am pretty sure it is the DISPLAY field on the table in question.
Type the table name on the left nav and ".config", like incident.config for example.
Then click on the "dictionary entries" tab and sort it by the DISPLAY column.
The incident table looks like this
Make sure you configure TRUE in the field you want to display.

You cannot edit the actual tab itself.
The only thing which we can do is to update the pop-up that appears when you hover over the tab itself.
Navigate to Workspace Experience -> Form Headers.
Select table and update the primary and secondary fields accordingly.

This doesnt update the tab to match the primary field
