In an effort to supplement but not fully replace emails just yet we're trying to leverage provider notifications in the Next Gen UI.
I'm able to get some pretty basic notifications put in place but anything that seems a little more robust has been a challenge.
I have a couple of questions:
-Does Provider notifications allow for message scripts similar to email scripts? Where can I find this?
-Has anyone been able to successfully add a notification age to the notification? eg. Something on the bottom right corner saying notification was sent 52m ago. Similar to what you'd expect from social media.
-Is the notification box able to be altered to be bigger to fit more content?
- I understand you can hover over it to see the full message but I'd like to expand the size just a tad bit more as even adding the title seems to take up much of the body.
