Monday.com vs ServiceNow

Our company is looking for a matured ITSM solution and we have shortlisted ServiceNow and Monday.com

We have very limited to no knowledge of Monday.com. The shortlisting was made on a vendor's recommendation.

 

Does anyone know what the differences between ServiceNow and Monday.com that would help us in the decision making?

 

If we are comparing apples to oranges, we would like to know.

 

Appreciate any help.

Setup demos with both vendors (Monday.com and ServiceNow), and let your company decide.

For ITSM, I think that ServiceNow is lightyears ahead of it's competition.
