Hi,
I have run the "Most Commonly Requested Items" report, but I would like it to be a bit more structured.
How do I take the count in the parenthesis (see image) into its own column so that it will be easier for me to see the details of most used items and less used items and items not being used at all, in a list where I can sort in ascending or descending.
Thank you 🙂
Kind regards
Susanne

Hi @Susanne Bredal ,
You can check the box for display data table on configure stage in report to take a look at items in descending order

Thank you Manmohan, at first it didn't display the full list, but after also adding Show all to Max number of groups. I got more details.

To show full list , make the change to the Max number of groups parameter highlighted below

Exactly 🙂 Thank you.
Now, do you know how to perhaps export this to Excel, because I would also like to see the "not used" catalog items in the full list, but with a count of "0"?!
