Most commonly Requested Items Count

Hi,
I have run the "Most Commonly Requested Items" report, but I would like it to be a bit more structured.
How do I take the count in the parenthesis (see image) into its own column so that it will be easier for me to see the details of most used items and less used items and items not being used at all, in a list where I can sort in ascending or descending.

You can click the icon highlighted below and select export to pdf - This will give a pdf report

There is still catalog items hiding under "Other" and then again "Other" and so on... (272 in total)
How do I include these in a full list? I also need to see which ones have the count of only "1" or "0".

This report - "Most Commonly Requested Items" is not built to show catalog items which have not been requested i.e count 0 items. You need to create a custom report which runs on Catalog items (sc_cat_item) table
