Move Ad OU activity shwoing error

I have created one workflow activity using custom powershell command but getting error like below
"errorMessages: PowerShell script execution failed. Script returned status 1 using account user" I have used same mid server account for create and update ad object then working fine for those 

 

powershell Command:

 

Move-ADObject -Identity $userdn -TargetPath $path
