Hi @learntech ,

>> Create (if needed) a Now Learning / ServiceNow account with your personal email.....

>> Check that your Webassessor account (which holds your certs/exams) uses an email you can still access. If not, you’ll need to update it....

>> Link your Webassessor account to your Now Learning profile under your personal email......

In the Now Learning portal, use the Change Email / Edit Profile > update your email / request the email to be changed.....

>> If automatic steps don’t transfer everything, raise a case with ServiceNow support (via Now Learning) requesting transfer of all certifications / training / badges from your old email to new email. Include both emails, If any proof you need.....

>> After the request, it may take several days (5-7 or more) to complete.

If you like, I can send you a link to the specific KB article from ServiceNow, let me know..

If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ā€˜Accept as Solution’ and ā€˜Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
