moving skipped changes reviewed to new instance

We are working on upgrading from Kingston to Madrid.   The DEV instance has been upgraded to Madrid. We have reviewed the skipped changes and made adjustments. When we upgrade the PROD instance how do we move the "Reviewed and Merged" changes from the DEV to the new PROD instance?

 

I thought I was capturing them in an update set but when I looked at the export XML I do not see the records changed.

It gets captured in the update set. I would recommend to create a new update set for Madrid and make it to your current. All the fixes, changes can be captured there. 

If you are not able find out the difference in XML, please check the versions tab right below the page and it tells us the current version and update set it has.

Please hit correct based on impact of response.
