I have a Record Producer that creates an HR Case when submitted. After the case is created, I want to automatically generate a CSV document with the case details and attach it to the HR Case.
The issue is: the Multi-Row Variable Set (MRVS) used in the Record Producer has several fields, but the data from the MRVS is not appearing in the generated document. Other variables are coming through fine, just not the MRVS ones.
Has anyone faced this before? How can I extract MRVS data and include it in the CSV file that gets attached to the HR Case?
Any suggestions or examples would be really helpful!
