MRVS details are not visible in the request form

I created 2 Multi Row Variable Sets but when I raised a request (RITM) the details of variables included in this MRVS are not being passed in the Request form.

All variables included in these 2 MRVS have "Visible elsewhere" selected

When I go to the portal, I can see the variable sets name are in there with a hyperlink "click here" where I can see what was filled in. However such details are not replicating in the request RITM which are needed for fulfilment team to handle the request. 

Does this need a dedicatred client script or maybe there is another intuitive way to make such details visible?

Can you share your thought with illustrations if possible

1.) Check if there are UI policies/Client scripts hiding MRVS on the request form

2.) Check if there are any permissions given for MRVS variables

1- No there is no UI Policies nor client script

2- No permissions

There is a field on the Variable form named "Global" (If not there add it on your variable form layout page) and please tick the Global Checkbox for the variables which are not appearing on the RITM form post order of the Item as shown below:

It is not letting me do it. I get a message " Can not set 'Global' to true for variable in a Multi Row Variable Set" See screenshot
