MRVS is not displayed.

MRVS is not displayed in Portal.
I set MRVS[●Email (Mailing List/Distribution Groups)] and [●Emergency Contact (Individual)] as follows.

I have set Hidden=FALSE in all Variables and have not set Visible=FALSE in UI Policy, etc.
However, MRVS is not displayed as shown below.

All SRVS and Variable are displayed.
Do you know what could be the cause?

This is not standard behaviour. I suggest you to do the following:

1.) Check if the widget that is shown on the service portal page is the the OOTB widget and not a cloned one

2.) Are the MRVSs shown in the classic UI?

3.) Remove all MRVSs from the catalog item, then add them again one by one and inbetween adding them, check if they are shown on the portal *and* classic UI. maybe there is a broken MRVS definition which kills the page.
