We have the Intune Integration set up and have the OOTB Actions in Flow Designer such as 'Get Managed Device'
Due to a change in requirements I now need the action to pull based off a Serial Number Input instead of the Device ID input.
Has anyone come across this before? Is there a way to clone the current action and adjust the pre-processing to have the action work off of a Serial Number? I saw some posts elsewhere about a filter option but it was more in Powershell. Is there a way to translate that into ServiceNow?
