MS team integration with "ITSM Virtual Agent Lite"

Hello

As per client requirement we have to only use "ITSM Virtual Agent Lite" plugin to integrate with MS teams. Is it possible?

I have read some docs which suggested another plugins as well which are paid.

Is there any limited MS Teams integration capability available through the "ITSM VA Lite"  only which is available in the starter pack?

You should be able to do a basic integration.

Try installing Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plugin and get started from there.
