MS Team integration with Servicenoiw

Hi All,

I want to do ServiceNow integration with MS Teams 
I need to trigger approvals to approver over the Teams
I followed this document and downloaded the plugin and enabled notifications even created notification , actions and email content but i am not able to understand what to do next.
