Hi everyone,
I have a scenario in ServiceNow and need some guidance.
We have incidents, and User X is assigning these incidents to different users. We want to track how many incidents have been assigned by User X. The challenge is that there is no “Assigned By” field available.
Can this be achieved using Metrics, and if so, how can we generate a report to show this? Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you are saying no assign to field is there,then how user x assigning to other user, what field user x is changing for this purpose. Ootb on incident there is assigned to field . You can use the matric on same field and your work will be done
Once metric created then in old value search with user X name which gives you more details.
