When I am trying to integrate with MS Teams for a virtual agent, I get the following error when providing Microsoft account details for login:
The Microsoft Teams tenant associated with username@example.com is currently registered with instance http://dev1234aaaa.service-now.com.
If you want to proceed with the installation, reach out to your system administrator to first uninstall from https://dev1234aaaa.service-now.com.
Note: If your current instance is on Tokyo release but http://dev1234aaaa.service-now.com. is on pre-Tokyo release,
please refer to the product documentation for important instructions.
If the existing installation is already removed, click Refresh to proceed.
Note: My SNOW instance is in Washington Version.
Could any one help what are minimum roles and details from azure side for integration with SNOW.
