Hi Everyone,

I am trying to initiate a conference call from the major incident workshop, but I can't do it. (Using notify connector with Microsoft Teams).

Please take a look at the screenshot below.

I am able to initiate chat, but I am unable to start a conference call from the workbench, does anyone implemented the conference call initiation with MS Teams with ServiceNow before, if yes could you guide me on how to achieve the same, I haven't find any proper documentation to establish the connection between teams and ServiceNow.

(Note: I do not have any prior experience on working on integrations)

Please guide me through this, any help is much appreciated.

Could anyone provide an update on this

Thanks in advance,

Abhi.

I am also facing this same issue.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the below docs link to setup Notify connector and install MS teams for ServiceNow.

If anyone has achieved this integration, please assist.

Integrate Notify connector pre-published app with Microsoft Teams (servicenow.com)

It requires meeting extension to be installed and connection between Azure and SN has to be established/authenticated before you could use it for bridge calls.
