MS Teams chat activity buttons and links

I would like to change the way the Microsoft Teams chat entry is displayed in the activity stream. Currently the biggest most obvious option is to View the teams chat ultimately, either in the old teams desktop client, or in the new teams or web client. Both of these options are only any good to someone who was part of the actual teams chat.

The smaller link that shows is something that anyone with the write ServiceNow access can see, but it is small and not at all obvious:

Does anyone know where I can find the record to update the way the "You can find the chat record here" link?

Hmm then I doubt you can tweak it and the code for it might be within the plugin itself.
