I have a requirement need to create a custom table and virtual agent configuration for the following:
Requirement:
Actually, Data(Question and answer) will be uploaded from excel into Servicenow table via a form. Everyday one question will be trigerred at a scheduled time and sent to Teams Channel. Once the question is published, people will start clicking the option box for answers and every individual response with timestamp should be sent to Servicenow table to store the data in database custom table
ServiceNow(Questions ) --> Teams Channel --> Servicenow (Individual answers)
1) What all configurations are required to do this in servicenow
2) Connection details that are mandatory
3) Does Azure app id details page where to configure
Basically looking for all the configuration details, connection details , Azure team request if any that needs to be submitted
Could you please let me know the best approach.
