MS Teams Integration - Not able to utilize Post Change Details

Integrated ServiceNow with MS Teams. 

Want to post the Change Request details in the MS Teams Channel so utilized the “Post Change Details” as an Action in the Flow Designer.  Entered the correct Group ID/ Team ID, Channel ID but getting the attached error while running the Flow.

Please suggest.

Hi Bhuvan,

The error shows the "Invalid Problem Record......" but there is no Problem record associated with the Change Request.
