MS Teams integration to send Major Incident communication

Hi All,

As part of the Major Incident communications, we have a requirement to send Major Incident updates to specific Teams channel(s).

During a Major Incident, Major Incident manager should be able to send periodic communications (from Major Incident workbench) to specific teams channels that already exists.

Looking for a guidance on how to achieve the above requirement.

This is basic configuration and you can modify it as per need,

How does one set that up? I currently have the ability to send MS teams messages via a flow, but when I go to the Major Incident Workbench I don't see the channel option to use Microsoft Teams?

EDIT: I found This KB which lead me to enable the checkbox ,and it now appears. My question now is how does ServiceNow know who to send the message to in Teams?

I feel like I'm skipping setting up the intigration and can't find any documentation on the steps needed to do that. I just need to set up and configue ServiceNow so that users are able to send teams message to a specific group chat from the Major Incident Workbench.
