Yes I did ... I don't think that is a lot of information.

I have tried to make MFA on an instance using "Google Authenticator" (GA) and it worked fine for real users, but as a "system" can't use GA I don't know what to do....

What have you tried so far? It looks like from the article you need to send the username, password, and token over in one request. What happens when you try that?
