Good morning,
We just upgraded our dev instance to Yokohama. MFA is being enforced for accounts that do not use SSO.
We have one account that fits this criteria - when I try to setup MFA on that account I get a message " Response is Invalid" when it tries to pair the device.
1. I have tried different accounts
2. I have tried different devices (Android and iOS)
3. I have tried different authenticator apps (Google and Microsoft)
4. Device time is in sync
5. user_multifactor_auth_list - cleared the values in this table
Has anyone seen this and been able to resolve?

I was able to 'resolve' by manually changing the value of 'validated' in the record found in this table:
"user_multifactor_auth_list" - big question is why...
