Multi row variable field and sc_task

Requirement:- 

In the catalog item, their is a multi row field, on the basis of rows in the field the catalog tasks will get created.

Example:-

Let's say their are 3 rows then 3 catalog task will get created, if it has 4 rows then 4 catalog task will get created. Apart from that, one more requirement, for each row 3 catalog task will get created, i.e., if it has 2 rows then it will create 6 task, if it has 4 task then it will create 12 catalog task, and so on.

How do we achieve this.please help me here.
