Multi Row Variable Set (MRVS) in a MRVS or something equivalent

Hello,

I need the user to define in a request a set of components of which some are built on a set of (sub)components.

Ideally I would try to have an a MRVS with some variables being MRVS, but I am not sure it is possible, anyway I cannot find a way to do it.

Is it possible? If yes, how?
If no, what is the best way to get something similar?

No , it is not possible, that you can nest MRVS in MRVS.

Didn't quite understand the question here. Could you please elaborate on what is actually expected with few screenshots if possible.
