Multifactor authentication is not working.

Hello Developers,
I have to enable multifactor authentication, I have configured steps but it is not working.
Following step-
Plugins installed.
all the properties -
and field in user table.
properties-
multifactor criteria also I make it true.
please let me know where I am missing. why it is not working

Hi @Raj12341
This can happen if the device time is out of sync with the server time. Please verify to make sure your device date & time settings are set to sync automatically. If the issue still persists, disable the Authenticator app from 'Manage Security Settings' and setup again on your device.

Could you please check the policy associated with the Adaptive Authentication MFA context?
Do you know if the policy associated with the MFA context is active? If yes, please verify the policy conditions.
