Multilevel pivot report fails to export as PDF from report, or as PDF in scheduled report production

Hi Community

when trying to export a multilevel pivot report on demand, the error message "Export failed" appears:

I have also tried using an Admin user and it doesn't work. Also using scheduled report it sends the email without attachment.

Any idea how to go about this?

Hi,

I need to export this report as pdf from scheduled email report, not on demand. The error log is:

 

URLExporter[9ff14a433dfd4866a04309348c40159d]: Error occurred while creating a PDF file. ErrorMessage: An unexpected error has occurred. Please see the instance logs for more details, fURL: /report_export_viewer.do?

Please check whether you have the updated PDF exporter installed. I tested it in PDF format, and it worked successfully.
