I have a requirement where I have to add multiple email address as a group email.
Tried adding it in oob group email field seperated by commas and saved it ,emails are getting triggered but once we open the group it shows some error and we have to remove the email added to save the group again.
To overcome this I have created a new field as list type and added email address.
How to acheive notifications when there is email address in both OOB email field and also in my custom field

Hi Lakshmi,
If you have now started using your custom field then you would need to empty the OOB field for all the records and update the new email field. Look for notification which uses the OOB email field and update those notification with the new field.

Thanks. But the requirement is the prefilled data in OOB field should'nt be copied to custom field.Instead emails should be sent to addresses in both of the fields.

Hi Lakshmi,
In that case you would need to review all your notification in the instance and update them accordingly so that email is sent to both the emails field.
