Hi,
I've imported a set of categories and subcategories for Incident ticket by using as dependent value the field "Category" for the field "Subcategory". Everything works fine on incident table, but when I create a ticket from the Service Portal if I change the category in the subcategory menu a new "None" option was added (actually for each change on the category menu a new "None" option was added to the subcategory menu).
Please, how can I fix this issue?
Thanks in advance,
E.

This is the dictionary entry for Subcategory field. No "include none" option is available. As I wrote the strange thing is that the behavior on incident form is different compared to the service portal. Adding a bit to the conversation on the SP I created a widget basically shows the incident.do form.
Where is the problem?
Thanks,
E.

I got your point. its service now issue only.
select the choice values as "drop down without none (must specify default value)",
in default value tab: enter default value as "please select option".
try and check this way.
