Multiple Personal Developer Instance is Down

Hello,

 

I can see multiple PDI instances are throwing 

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://dev######.service-now.com/session_timeout.do might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_FAILED

 

error when I try to access it. 

 

I checked the instance status in developer portal, it says instance is online. I also tried refreshing the instance but no success.

 

Any Idea why this might be happening?

Hi @ankitmishra 

 

Yes , there was some unplanned maintenance happened  last week which impacts numberbof pdi, today as well few user reported the same and also many user got the pdi back..as there is no dedicated support for pdi available so better just wait. I got my pdi back after 2 days.

Hi @ankitmishra 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.

 

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost.
