My PDI instance has been offline for the past three days. Could you please look into this?

Hello! When we are 15 days without logging in, the instance will automatically retire, but we can request to recover it in the configurations.
I hope it was helpful.
Kind Regards,
Nicole

Hello,
Thank you for the information. However, I used my PDI just three days ago, and it was working fine. It suddenly went offline.

Oh I see, in this case I think you'll need to get in touch with SN support to fix that 😞

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
