Multiple SSO Not Working

Trying to enable SSO for my organisation (Domain Separated) via ADFS. I had performed below steps mentioned on Servicenow wiki

  1. Enable Multi SSO plugin
  2. Make changes on ADFS server to establish trust.
  3. Export metadata and certificates from ADFS
  4. Import and configure IDP in Servicenow using ADFS metadata

On testing the connection, I can see Servicenow sending token to IDP but when I try to access Servicenow. It is not redirecting me to ADFS portal .

Hence, redirection does not occur,

I can see a link called external login on portal but it does not redirect anywhere.

Any help/suggestions are welcomed.

Had to add an additional property in the system to make it work.
