Multiple updates through portal

Hello,
When the customer does an update in the incident through the portal, this update is posted multiple times in the incident as additional comment. Please look at the sc below.
What could be the issue here.
However I have impersonate & checked. For me its working fine.

Do you have a 'copy comments' somewhere configured (flow/BR)? It could be that the comments are copied from ticket to child ticket and back.
Without anything else to go on from your screenshot, I'd start my search there.
