My active item widget is showing different in DEV environment than OOB

Hello All,
On our DEV instance, My active item widget is showing differently.
Please refer to the images below

DEV widget

QA widget

We want the QA widget to match the DEV widget. The active item widget in DEV  and QA is currently read-only.
I also attempted to import the XML of the 'My active item' widget from the QA instance to the DEV instance, but it's throwing an error as follows:
Skipping record for table sp_widget and id 6e449453c33030105a09f0ad9840ddf0 - permission denied

 

It would be incredibly helpful and beneficial for me if this could be accomplished in some way.

I think, only solution is either try to repair the portal plugins or log a now support case.

ServiceNow has updated the widget which is why it is different in the DEV instance
In our instance, the ESC portal plugin is in new version and in QA it is in previous version.
