My approval is not showing for the particular user

Hi Guys, 

I have added the icon link called " My Approvals " which is visible for me for my admin service portal homepage have attached the screen shot for your understanding. 

Now if I impersonate to a particular user for (will not be able to name here) for that user it's not visible as shown in the below screenshot.

Any help would be highly appreciated!!
