As an approver, I would like to see all of the tickets that I have waiting for my approval and all of the past tickets that I have approved so that I can refer back to them when needed. Add history of tickets to the My approvals section of the portal. See in the format of open and closed tickets that I have to approve or have already approved.

Hi
As that article suggests, you'll need to clone the widget so you can add code to it. I would recommend embedding either the form widget or the ticket fields widget to meet your needs.
See here on how to replace an OOTB widget with a cloned one:

My Approvals tab on Service Portal
Service Portal 'Request' Menu Item - How to view closed tickets
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
