My approver list is not updating automatically

When a in change request form request approval button is clicked the approver list is not updating automatically

but when the refresh list is done 

then the approver list shows the people 

how to refresh it automatically or what should i change to avoid this issue

we don't want the cad approval thing so we removed it can you give the code which doesn't need or skips the cad part

That is fine, but what you are looking for is still dependent upon the time of approval records getting inserted and your change_request form page getting loaded.
