My Can Contribute does not execute...

I edit my knowledge base's can contribute tab.

 

why 'can contirbute' does not execute?

Hello @BoHyun Jung ,

 

taking about the can contribute feature it allows Users can create, modify, and retire knowledge articles in a knowledge base. Contribute access to a knowledge base also provides read access to all articles in the knowledge base. It means you can create your new version of article.

 

That does not mean you can edit the draft version of the the knowledge article on which someone else is working.
