My company module is showing Record Not found

HI,

I wanted to provide a logo for My Company. But whenever I am clicking on my company from my company module, It is showing record not found. I am able to access all other core_company records directly from core_company.list. Please let me know if we need to create a my company record separately in company table in my company view. If then please let me know the procedure. I have checked the link : Creating a Company Profile - ServiceNow Wiki

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you checked in core_company table for your company record.

It seems it got deleted.

You can retrieve the record from Deleted Records module

I am doing it in a sandbox instance actually. I have checked in deleted record and in company table that record is not there. Should I create that record in company table and change the view to my company? What is the procedure for it. I mean how to set a record as my company?

The primary field for the record should be True, you can get that record from the customer dev instance and make sure the primary field is True
