My company module is showing Record Not found

HI,

I wanted to provide a logo for My Company. But whenever I am clicking on my company from my company module, It is showing record not found. I am able to access all other core_company records directly from core_company.list. Please let me know if we need to create a my company record separately in company table in my company view. If then please let me know the procedure. I have checked the link : Creating a Company Profile - ServiceNow Wiki

Any help will be appreciated.

Hey Anausya,

Can you hit the below URl by replacing the instance name

https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/sys_dictionary_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3Dcore_company%5E...

Make sure that the reference field is not blank for type "Reference" in Dictionary.

Reference field is not blank for any of the reference records. Actually this sandbox instance is provided by my client so I can't share it

I already have the proper view in DEV instance. But it is not there in sandbox and that particular record is also not present in sandbox. So should I import the record from DEV and save it in my company view?

Else please let me know the procedure to create a record for my company.
