My company module is showing Record Not found

HI,

I wanted to provide a logo for My Company. But whenever I am clicking on my company from my company module, It is showing record not found. I am able to access all other core_company records directly from core_company.list. Please let me know if we need to create a my company record separately in company table in my company view. If then please let me know the procedure. I have checked the link : Creating a Company Profile - ServiceNow Wiki

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the update. Would you be able to share the screenshot i.e view after clicking the above URL I have shared.

Record not found error is seen when reference type field has no table referenced.

I will be able to take a look in to your instance if this is personal dev instance.

i'm encountring the same problem my company not found on test instance and prod instance .

the BR doesn't exist after Geneva i suppose , and tried to verify the dictionary entry and all seems good , but still the record not found for my company ?!!

Do you know other way to resolve this problem?
