I have a dev instance but when I want to login, it asks an App Engine Studio license even though it seems installed and live in the instance.
Isn't it possible to use a dev instance without a paid license for app engine studio? As far as I remember, I was able to access it a couple of months ago 🤔

Hi @DenizcanA ,
No need to worry.
Log back into developer.servicenow.com
Go to your profile
On the left side, open the Instance Recreate section
Select Change User Role
Change the user role from AES to Admin
Save your changes
Log out and then log back into your PDI instance

Thank you all! I reset and wipe the instance before your messages to see if it'll solve the issue and waiting for it now. Once it's complete I'll follow your instructions

@mayankkumar is it normal that instance reset process takes more than 20 minutes? 🤔

@DenizcanA Sometimes, the issue may be on ServiceNow's end. If you're able to release the current instance, try requesting a new one. Otherwise, we may need to wait until the it resets.
