My Groups Work Query

Under the 'My Groups Work' on SNOW how do I add in options for who the caller is and incident/SR state fields?

These appear to be missing... but looks like these fields dont apply to the task table? even though they exsists on the task extened tables.

Incident - Extened from the task table

u_service_request - created table from Incident (extended)

Can you advise on how to get these to show?

I didn't get your question clearly, do you want to add caller i.e opened for field in 'My group' list view? If yes that is available...If no please elaborate and provide screenshots.

Sorry for the late reply!



So the issue I have is this;



Accoring to Service Now the 'Task' table which has the child tables Incident and my created table u_service_request the task table does not show some of the fields that belong to its child tables for example 'called_id' and 'incident.state' is not an option to choose even though it does exsist on the two before mentioned tables.

Search with the label of these fields..caller_id lable is 'Opened for' and 'State' is already on the right side...

What you want is possible. I have it in 1 of my environments and I don't have it in my developer environment, both on Geneva.
